Friends understand worship on First Day (Sunday) mornings as a shared, community experience rather than an individual one.
Friends settle into silence upon arrival, waiting for a sense of connection with the divine within.
As worship deepens, the silence becomes active and meaningful.
Spoken messages may arise from stillness to support and enrich us.
Friends distinguish Spirit-led vocal ministry from comments driven by personal opinion or agenda.
Time between messages allows space to reflect on what has been said and consider its meaning in relation to our own lives.
The responsibility for ministry rests with us all, both during worship & in the greater world.
