WORKING TOGETHER

We are thankful to the many members and attenders who feel called to serve on one or more committee, each with a unique and invaluable contribution to the fabric of our community.

Each committee nominates its own Clerk to keep Committee meetings focused and running smoothly.

We are also indebted to the AMM Clerk(s) who serve in the same role for the Meeting a a whole.

NOMINATING, FINANCE AND IT COMMITTEES

NOMINATING

Nominating Committee members identify potential members for one or more committee, seek that individual's willingness to serve for a set time period, and present such nominations to the Meeting for seasoning (usually one month), and approval.  Contact: info@abqfriends.org

FINANCE

Finance committee manages the fiscal health of the Meeting, shepherding the donation process whereby Members and Attenders provide financial support to the Meeting, developing an annual budget for Meeting approval, and monitoring our use of funds in the service of our shared goals.   The Committee meets monthly.   Contact treasurer.abq.imym@gmail.com

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

Members of the IT committee help develop and maintain the Meeting's interface with our own and the larger community, including a website, email, telephone, member directory, and possibly links through social media.  New members experienced in this field are welcome!  Contact: info@abqfriends.org
